HIIT It Mama- Body Back is open to all!
This class is designed to provide an awesome cardio, strength, and core workout by utilizing the High Intensity Interval Training format. This style of workout burns calories and keeps you engaged by varying the level of intensity up and down during the 60 minute class.
Stroller aged children who are happy relaxing in their stroller while mom works out are welcome to attend, however class is geared for mama to focus on her workout.
