Your BODY BACK Transformation will consist of 2 live classes a week + take home classes, nutrition and meal planning guides, access to "HIIT it Mama" classes, Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre, small group accountability, pre and post course assessments and much more!

Whether you have never worked out before or are an avid marathon runner looking to add agility and strength training to your regimen, we will support and guide you to achieving your goals.

Body Back® Transformation is typically an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge YOU.

Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

"Some days I would run.

Some days I would count calories.

Some days I would lift a few weights.

No consistency, not accountability and no motivation.

Sure I wanted to lose those last 10 pounds of extra baby weight. But with three kids, owning a small business and every other typical Mom excuse I could find, I was making little effort and zero progress. Well...lucky for me a friend mentioned the new Fit4Mom body back program starting. Twice a week for 6 weeks. That seemed doable. I convinced my husband that it would be fun for him and the kids to have boys nights and I could finally take time and do something just for me! It worked! I signed up and hit the ground running. Literally the first evaluation I had to run a mile as fast as I could. Hello high school gym class flashbacks!

After the first night of evaluations and measurements, yes with ruler and everything. I was ready to go. I had my numbers and my plan was to destroy them. But what I got was so much more. Sure, we worked hard. Each workout was intense and different. They pushed us and challenged our strength and stamina. But it was fun! Seriously, even the planks.

Beyond the workouts though is what has made me write this review and tell everyone I see about this unique program. Each week we had a set of challenges. We had to think and learn. About our bodies. About the food we are eating. Be accountable to each other and ourselves. We developed a bond of sharing and encouraging each other to go above and beyond with our physical, mental and nutritional health.

For so long I’ve tried to do it all by myself and as I have learned with my family and my business it takes a village. This village of strong moms changed my life in a very short time. Now I run, I am aware of nutrition. I am stronger. And I’m excited to see how I can continue and grow through the next round!"
